Delivery Information

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF YOUR HIRE GOODS IS COMPULSORY, WE DO NOT ALLOW PICKUPS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.

We deliver to all SYDNEY METRO AREAS. Standard deliveries are a total of $55 one way or $77 including return. We are often able to negotiate delivery times and days for Sydney deliveries.

If you are OUTSIDE THE SYDNEY METRO REGION, we deliver via courier. We have facilitated delivery of our chair covers to:

  • Brisbane
  • Melbourne
  • Gold Coast
  • Sunshine Coast
  • Newcastle
  • Hunter Valley
  • Adelaide
  • Wollongong
  • Central Coast
  • and right across Australia.

Our products are carefully packaged and delivered directly to your home or function venue door.

Important: Please note that Delivery is NOT INSTALLATION.

If you require installation of your hire products, please Request A Quote. Our standard service is a DIY ‘dry’ hire, however we will be pleased to quote on professional installation also.

Please advise a contact person and phone number when providing the address for delivery. If we are delivering directly to your function centre, you must inform the venue that you are having the chair covers delivered and the expected date of arrival. Please also ascertain that the venue will hold the goods until we are able to collect.

All courier deliveries are typically sent in cartons with box dimensions being 50 x 30 x 30 cm. Each box will weigh approximately 10-15kg.

After your event, you need to neatly repack the hire products within the boxes they were sent to you in. All stock must be dry and free of food waste. Please ensure that all bows are untied and placed in bags. If stains cannot be removed or there are burns or other obvious damage, replacement costs of the damaged stock hired will be charged. Warning: candle wax is often difficult to remove and does stain. Please take proper precautions. No refunds can be issued on unused stock. Please adequately secure all cartons using sticky tape or packing tape and ensure that you have attached the return labels and courier’s consignment note onto each individual package.

Please note that our delivery staff do not accept payments in any form. Full payment is required before any products are to leave our warehouse.
